In these pictures the photos were taken immediately before and after the procedure. As you can see there is a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the nose to mouth lines. There is some localised redness in the area of treatment but this had subsided after a few hours. This patient was fortunate in that she had no bruising, which can be a side effect although is easily concealed. An improvement is normally seen immediately after treatment however I find that the best time to judge the effect is about 5 to 7 days later when the filler has settled. Below is a photo of the same patient 4 weeks following treatment.
